I only recently discovered ROLLED & TOLD and I’m so glad I did. This is a D&D book/comic/magazine that features…all kinds of D&D related material: adventures, articles, maps, etc. It’s gorgeous and glorious and the latest issue keeps that quality high.

But the best thing about this is the fact it reminds me there are other ways to write.
I get so caught up in needing to write comics I forget to do other things. This is especially pertinent as I consider how many damn things I’m waiting on right now.
Tried to work out where tonight’s weird feeling from the office was coming from so I sketched out my entire joblist right now:
6 miniseries accepted/stalled/pitching
5 one-shots with art teams
1 novella completed
1 prose collection in progress
1 Patreon running busy & smooth

It’s difficult to kick a 7th miniseries idea around when you can’t verify the signs of life in the first 6, so instead it’s been nice to be able to write other things. D&D adventures, D&D prose shorts, just short mind pieces like this right here. It gets my brain out of the comics hamster wheel and allows a little light stretching before getting back into it.
So, thank you ROLLED & TOLD, you’re helping this guy out a huge amount.
