I created and have been using a D&D DM booklet to help me keep track of things as the adventure I’m sharing roams around.

I’ve found it helpful to keep track of the players, the items they find [or don’t], as well as the master map and the amount of map they actually see, and I can’t forget space to list NPCs/monsters so I know what’s going on.
